Refund and Return Policy

Any Returns or Refunds requested will be based on what the issue/mistake was, and will be based on a percentage of the total cost, or the item cost of said item/items. Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method within 15 business days post event. Any requests for returns/refunds are subject to review and must be agreed upon by both TAG Events Bay Area and client to complete payment. Any damages to leased items will be assessed to final bill of sale and will be due upon next business day. Any unresolved issues may result in legal pursuit.
